Bought the tune up how to start?

I understand the inconvenience. I see that you have AVG TuneUp (30-day Trial) and AVG Secure VPN (60-day Trial) in our records.

To activate these products, open AVG products which you have installed. Click on Home icon at the top right or choose 'Go to AVG Zen' option, it will open new AVG interface.

Here, you will have connect option at the top right , click on it to enter your email credentials. If you face any difficulties, share the screenshot ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot ) of AVG interface so that we will check and help you further.

Mike, If applicable… For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

There is no connect button to start the tune up. It continues to show buy for $2.50 a month. I don't understand how the tune up starts. Please let me know, thanks.
