May I know how did you get this Brainychoose-captcha.top either from any of your browsers or from any applications?
Brainychoose-captcha.top is a malicious site that displays fake error messages to trick you into subscribing to its browser notifications.

I wonder why Avg don't find Brainychoose-captcha.top. Any help!

Please follow the below steps to remove Brainychoose-captcha.top from Microsoft Edge:
1. Open Microsoft Edge browser.
2. Click on ellipsis button in the top right corner of the window.
3. Select Extensions.
4. To disable an extension, click on a blue toggle so it turns transparent.
5. To uninstall an extension, click on it and then click Uninstall on the bottom of the page.
6. Click Remove in the dialog box.

Thanks. I have tryed both smart scan and deep scan and didn't find anything. Just now I'm trying a startup scan, but it will take the rest of the day I think.
It seems like a message from Edge, but i can't find any problem in teh settings that allow Brainychoose-captcha.top

Appreciate your efforts in sharing us the screenshots, which provided a better clarity, Hans.
Upon checking them, we see that few websites were allowed in Edge to provide notifications. You can right click on the notification from a specific website (in action center, at bottom right corner) & select 'Turn off notifications from this site'. 
Alternately, you can follow the below steps :
Open Edge - Click on Menu (3 dots at top right) - Settings - Cookies & site permission (in left pane) - scroll down in right pane to find 'Notifications' under 'All permissions' - check if the specific site (from which you receive notification) is listed below 'allow'. If listed, click on 3 dots beside it & select remove.
