Brand new computer with registry errors

I have a brand new Lenovo Yoga.  The ONLY thing I have downloaded is AVG protection and AVG tune-up.  The tune up scan says I have 318 registry errors.  How can this be, on a brand new, out of the box laptop?  I am seriously afraid to click on "fix it"!  Why would there be errors?
