Breach guard finds trojan and AVG does not.  what should i do?

Morgan, we would like to confirm that AVG BreachGuard is different from the Browser Guard by Malwarebytes.
Please note that each antivirus software has different virus database and different clean guidelines which they follow to detect malware activities.

AVG and Malwarebytes and Breach Guard installed.  AVG ignores the problem found by Malwarbytes and Breach Guard.   That is my concern.  Which to trust.
