Breached Password was changed several times, still reports as breached

So that the answer is shared, I deleted all the passwords related to the "breached" site from my browser, then ran the scan. Afterward, I manually added the password and re-ran the scan, and it worked.

I recently purchased AVG Password Protection. It's a good tool that is helping me strengthen and vary my passwords. 

However, it reported a breached account (I'm assuming it was a possible breach since I saw no issues or suspicious activities with that account for more than a month). I immediately followed the steps to change the password. After several rescans, it continues to report that account as breached. How do I address this?
