Please check whether you have "AVG" icon on your desktop screen.
If yes, please double click on it to open the AVG user interface.
Click on "Internet Security" which will open the internet security dashboard.
On the dashboard "hacker attack" is the Firewall component.
If it doesn't respond, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components" and select "Customize" of Firewall component.
You can also disable by moving the cursor which is near customize of each component.
By disabling you can check whether it resolves the issue.
