Yes, I have tried that. The problem however has now been resolved after three weeks. I had used the AVG tool remover, it had removed my AVG 2014 launcher after that I had reinstalled and follow the exact steps. I have gotten my exact product with no problem.

I brought a new license download and installed, my account says I have the subscription of Avg Zen pro 2015, when i downloaded the paid version it says I am using the "free" version. I did have the free/30 day trial 2015 AVG and have unistalled it, reinstalled Avg Zen and now I am getting the samething over again. I have also tried check out some video link before coming here to post this question up, but everytime I tried to open the link it says that the link is not found or some sort…
