Thankyou for the advice, the target fields are OK as described above. I've also disabled extensions for now. Problems remain. Any futher suggestions?

Running AVG across our small business,a laptop keeps jumping to random shopping sites when browsing search results. Affects all browsers. Popup labeled "Interstital" comes up also. Ran AVG virus check, re-installed browser, ran bitdefender malware checker and google cleanup utility. Problem remains, all help appreciaetd.

Open Google chrome->Go to settings->Advanced settings->Click on reset option.

Thank you for the screenshot. On checking your screenshot we could see that you have installed unknown addon on your browser. No need to worry, I would request you to uninstall unknown add ons from your web browsers. Please right click on the desktop shortcuts of your web browsers, click on Properties, check the 'Target' field. It should be “ C:\ProgramFiles\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe” for IE and “ C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe” for Chrome. Please check and remove if any other text is added to this path. Thank you.
