BSOD after software update

First of all, thank you very much for your answer. I think appropiate to comment that I´ve been using AVG since 2015, it has always been the free version, that is "AVG Free Antivirus" I guess…To comply with the rest of what you request, I am totally unaware of the other tools you are mentioning. Ergo, I guess the answer would be that I didn't use anything but the free version of AVG.
Finally, you will have to excuse me but - for some unknown reason - AVG does not open right now, so I cannot carry out the process you suggest to specify the version. However, I suppose it must be a current one…Let me add -if it helps- that the trigger for everything was a reset request by the antivirus itself, at that time it was with the most recent software update. I did the restart, but it never started again and I had to appeal to what I said in the previous post; downgrade my software.
I hope the information is useful to you… Greetings!

Hi everyone! First of all, I apologize for the poor English,I am Spanish speaker. So I hope I can be precise… Basically, I was forced to uninstall the latest windows update because when i logging in I get the BSOD (SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED) causing the computer to restart practically in a "loop".I had to go into repair mode and downgrade to a July version. In the blue screen, it´s specifies that a file "avgNetHub.sys" is the one that caused my particular issue; I found two .dmp files that match the date and time of the errors.  My intention is to keep up to date with the software provided by Microsoft, but -as I say- in the most recent version I get the blue screen error associated with "avgNetHub.sys", causing the system to reboot constantly. What should I do? Right now I´m in a older version with the AVG disabled, well I'm with the virus´s definiton outdated. I would like to know if I can update again my software without the need to uninstall AVG.

Hi Manuel,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
As we're uncertain about the exact version of AVG that is installed on your computer, would you be so kind to clarify it for us?
Also, let us know whether you're using AVG Free Antivirus & if you've used AVG Clear, AVG Remover tools earlier to perform a clean installation of AVG.
To check the version : Open AVG - Menu - About.

Manuel, we'd request you to boot your PC in safe mode (https://bit.ly/33XzwY0), uninstall AVG, restart your PC and install AVG again.
