I'm sorry to hear about this. May I know if you're receiving this while rebooting your computer and also let me know the AVG program you have installed on your computer (AVG Internet Security/AVG PC TuneUp/AVG Driver Updater/AVG Free Antivirus etc).

Thank you for answers. I'm use GoodbyeDPI (https://github.com/ValdikSS/GoodbyeDPI). It's util for bypass russian government censorship.  Can it cause conflict? Other antivirus or anti malware program not installed.

BSOD usually happend stil 3-4 hours after launch PC, when I using Internet (2-3 opened tabs, Chrome x 64 latest update). Only AVG Internet Security 17.8.3036 inatalled, without Inernet & mail filter modul, see screen (sorry, rus iterface):
