Bt Cloud rejection

notifications history shows smart scan found some issues on 13/1/21.
quarentine shows file CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe on 14/1/21
I remember when I tried to put file into quarentine virus checker said OOP's this file is being stubbon and can't quarentine.
I have put file into exceptions and download yesterday has partially workedafter discusssions with BT but when click on BTCloud.exe file nothing happens. waiting for BT to get back to me but still looks like a conflict.
Also why can't I delete file from quarentine.

Hi Bob,

If so, share us the screenshot of the notification, after clicking on 'See details' in it for better clarity.

version of VT installed 20.10.3157
Just been informed by BT technical that the updated app for PC is not compatable with Windows 7. They didn't know until Thursday, BT didn't tell users or their own technical helpline!!
USERS BEWARE DON'T DOWNLOAD THEIR NEW APP it automatically deletes the old one.

Tried to download an updated version of BT Cloud, AVG Free rejected and put into quarantine tried to restore and to delete file but can't seem to do so. Have marked as an exception.
Tried again today seems to have downloaded files but still can't open .exe file to use

We will check this once what the BT has to say about that file.
And for deleting the file from Quarantine.
Could you share us the screenshot of the error you get while doing so?

Thank you for letting us know, Bob
Feel free to contact us regarding AVG anytime.
Cheers
