Many thanks for your reply. I attach an image of the AVG screen that prevented me from accessing the Community Web Kit. This has happened in the past, I leave it for a day then usually gain access to the site. But not all tools are working on the site and BT's problem solving team have been no help what so ever.
I will wait a day then try accessing again and if that is possible I will then follow your suggestions on disabling the AVG software.

I am a regular user of the BT Community Web Kit www.btck.co.uk. Since upgrading my AVG security on my PC parts of the community web have stopped working. Are they connected?

Many thanks for your reply. I believe I only have Internet Explorer and Google Chrome on my machine. During the latest windows update Edge was loaded onto my machine automatically but I did not like it as it tried to take over everything and I felt as though I was losing control. So which other browser would you recommend, I have heard Firefox is good, but really I have no idea.

Chris, we could not comment or suggest on a 3rd party software.
We asked you to try different web browser as a part of troubleshooting steps.
If you usually use chrome to load the community web, try accessing it in Internet explorer or Edge.
