BUG - AVG Post-Update Memory Scan Occurs PRIOR TO the Update

Subject is:   AVG IS 2015 paid & licensed - next renewal date May 27, 2015.
Running in OEM Windows 8 (x64) PC with Intel® Core i3 CPU, purchased from Hewlett-Packard.

Description of the Issue:
For many months now, I have been noticing that the date & time shown for the Post-update memory scan PRECEDES the time listed for the most-recent Update, as seen in the Reports view, listed in the left-hand sidebar.

Just a few minutes ago, I saw this actually happening in front of my eyes.  I first noticed that the announcement of Post-update memory scan had started.  Several seconds later, the popup saying tht the post-update memory scan had completed.  I opened the AVG GUI and clicked the tab titled, Reports,  in order to see if any threats were found by that scan.  No threats detected, was the Summary of the results. I clicked the tab labelled, details, and viewed the content, which was and still is, quoted here as exactly,
"No infection was found during this scan.
"Stats
"Scanned:
"Number of Items:                                             1752
"Started:                                                                5/7/2015, 12:47:38 PM
"Finished:                                                             5/7/2015, 12:48:12 PM
"Launched by:                                                     SYSTEM "

Quickly, I noticed that AVG announced an Update was beginning, and clicking, I briefly saw an anouncement that something was being downloaded, and a second or two later, that vanished; and the update was announced as completed.  I waited several minutes, and observed carefully that NO Post-update memory scan ever occurred after this update event.

The Reports window, in the left-hand sidebar, on its topmost lines above the listing labelled "Post-update memory scan" that was quoted above, shows, (again, quoting exactly)
"Update
"5/7/2015, 12:48:51 PM "
and the main frame to the right shows the usual green checkmark in green circle, followed by, "Update completed successfully
"You are currently up to date."
My conclusion from this evidence is, plainly, AVG IS 2015 has this function out of order.

This condition has persisted, at least ever since the upgrade from AV IS 2014 to AVG IS 2015, and through all the program-version updates, and this is an unsatisfactory condition.

It is requested that AVG should promptly correct this condition and provide the patch to correct this problem prior to renewal date for my 2-yrs. paid license (i.e.,  May 27, 2015), in order to support a positive decision to renew the paid license.

Your acknowledgment and prompt attention to this matter is repectfully requested.
