RDT&E Dude, you might like AVG 2015 better, here's a screenshot:
I never used that setting with AVG 2014, but nothing would surprise me. My avatar expresses my opinion of AVG 2014, but I might change that soon because 2015 hasn't given me any headaches yet.
This has been shown in the Reports tab at every update for the past several months. My license is paid to May 15, 2015.
Has anyone else noticed this anomaly? Is there a good reason?
What is the actual timing of the subject scan versus the Updating?
Perhaps the scan ought to be labeled as "Pre-update Memory Scan" instead of "Post-update"?
Or, is this truly a new bug?
Is there any other, better, URL for posting bugs to AVG IS 2014?
Thank you. Will await such. BTW, while I am waiting, what is the time difference? UTC +0300, maybe? I saw a post that mentioned "CET" but what is the corresponding UTC number, please?
OK RDT&E Dude, Also bear in mind that AVG Community Support e.g. Jan (AVG Technologies) in Brno is Workdays [Mon-Fri] 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Correction - - And, BTW, I ought to mention, my licens epiration date is May 27, 2015, not May 15 asI said in my first item above.
Your graphic is quite different from what AV IS 2014 shows me.
Consistently, every time AVG updates, the list of reports shows the updating with its progress percentage while it is running After the Updating has reported itself finished, the app inserts the words, "Post update memory scan" into the same list column, just below the Update and its time. The time listed for the scan is always earlier than the time shown for the Update, and most often it is earlier by about 2 minutes, but it has not exactly the same time difference for every occurrence.
And the older Updates have all been dropped from the list when the newest update finishes and is shown with its time in the list. The Scans usually remain in the list until Archived. The scans are titled as either "Post update memory scan" or "Scheduled Scan". The Scheduled Scans are probably not intended to have any time relation to the Update times. But it seems obvious to this Customer that the "Post update" time should be after the "Update" time, not earlier.
