BUG - Well, this is emabarrassing

The June 25 update started all my problems with AVG internet security.  I did the repair, no luck.  I did a uninstall and reloaded free internet security, no luck.  I even purchased the paid AVG internet security, installed it, and it worked once.  I am now back to 93/95 percent searching for documents which runs for hours.  Can anybody fix this 25 June update?

After updating on June 25th (19.6.3098 (build 19.6.4546.439) my servers started to present an error "this is really embarrassing .. your protection is running but the UI is heaving a really bad day. Brazil have no idea of ​​this bug and do not know how to solve. I saw in the US forum the following procedures:

Let us run AVG clear tool as mentioned in this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover&supportType=home) and follow the steps as mentioned under 'Uninstall your AVG Software> Remove recent versions of AVG Antivirus using the AVG Clear tool '.
After restart, go to Run window (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type the following comments to delete the folders manually.
1. Type "Temp" and press enter, remove all the files.
2. "% temp%" and remove all the files.
3.% appdata% - Remove all the AVG folders.
4.% programdata% - Open the AVG folder and remove the old files.
5. Type C: and press enter, delete AVG remove folder.
Please go to c: drive-> program files and delete the AVG files.
Once the traces are removed, proceed with the fresh installation of the program by referring this article (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Free).

You'll receive the message that you mentioned regarding UI, if the option to shutdown computer after scan completion is enabled. 
As we're uncertain if you've performed a clean installation (by following the articles mentioned in the other post), would you be so kind to let us know about it?
