I have AVG Internet Security 2015 and as I just received a new computer I had to install it–Well, it's been two weeks or more and if the firewall is on I have no internet access. The support staff in India has been completely unresponsive, and lacking in any and all technical knowledge–pretending that they are going to escalate my case to some fictitious 'tech team 2' in the Czech Republic—after a week of continual calls I get an email from said fictitious team with instructions that I already did–which they should have been informed of–I think AVG is a joke and anyone who is using it is doing so at their own risk. Btw, being I live in the same city and work in the same industry as the CEO of the company I tried to contact him to no avail…If anyone knows how to contact him please inform me.
