Dont know is this the right place to start conversation. i have asked refunding from 2 of my orders about 2 or 3 weeks ago. nothing has happened, orders just go on even i cancelled those and it was confirmed. so ofc my money isnt lost because im covered but wanted to take out order which took me 93e without using that device. and it should be covered because managed to ask refund also from that, but now subsscription site shows ongoin and cant even cancel any order. what a mess here.
