Buttons to accept end user license agreement don't work!

Correction: This doesn't solve the problem.

Well, I am not going to give you remote access to my desktop…so I guess I'll have to find other antivirus software.

I'm still having this same problem.  I've now removed and reinstalled AVG Free 2015 three times and I still have the same issue of the accept button not working and my entire AVG user interface window being covered by the request to accept the end user license agreement.

I am having the exact same issue. I also will not grant remote access. If it only takes your tech a few minutes to fix that implies that you already know how to fix the issue. Why don't you just supply the steps so that we can fix it ourselves and save your company money by not having to use an employee  to fix each user's issue?

  1. Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
    NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I had been a user of AVG Free 2012 prior to yesterday.  Yesterday, my computer downloaded AVG Free 2015 and game me a message saying "Your antivirus has been updated".  If I click the OK button (To accept the end user license agreement, NOTHING HAPPENS).  I got so angry with this that I uninstalled AVG yesterday.  However, the alternative programs annoyed me to, so today I tried to reinstall.  I get the same thing.  I buttons to accept the license agreement DO NOT WORK.  Anyone seen this?

My AVG user interface is overlaid with a window telling me "Welcome to the new AVG!" blah blah blah "Accept".  That button doesn't work.  Also, there is a window in the bottom right corner that won't go away, telling me "Your antivirus has been update" blah blah "By clicking OK, you agree to AVG's new" license and privacy policy.  That OK button doesn't work either.  

Please help!

2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
