I will be taking the old computer box to Staples and their technicians will transfer over my data etc but are not allowed to transfer over my AVG products. I recently purchased two AVG products before subscriptions ended but did not install them because AVG would not let me likely because my desk top computer is old or whatever reason. I tried online chat because was timed out because I do not type fast enough.
