By mistake I signed a new subscription instead of renewing the previous one; it is OK?

Thank you for choosing an AVG solution for your devices.
It is fine that you bought a new subscription as the old subscription expired and no longer active. The activation code also does not change. 
So, if you have the product activated on your PC using the activation code or AVG MyAccount credentials, the new subscription will automatically activate. 
To confirm, open AVG TuneUp, click My AVG -> My Subscriptions and see the next expiry date or next renewal date.

Good morning. My subscription was expiring. By mistake, I did not change my previous credit card number, and I signed up for a new annual subscription instead of renewing the previous two-year subscription. Okay so, can I continue to use AVG normally or do I have to do something?
