What is the Nov. 15,2020 charge of CAN$69.99 to my Credit card account ? ?

I have not received a satisfactory response to m original query  -  " What is the Nov. 15,2020 charge of CAN$69.99 to my credit card account  ( last 4 numbers of the account are   1439  )

Why is there no record of this charge  in my AVG  account.

I would appreciate answers to both questions .

As requested in your response of November 18,2020 ,   the last 4 numbers of my credit  card that was charged  are   1439 .  .

I  trust that this information will assistyou in locating  and explaining  this charge.
There was no record of this charge in my AVG account.
