Please let us know the version of AVG that is installed on your computer (Open AVG - Menu - About).
Please disable AVG protection temporarily to check if it helps.

This happens every once in awhile when AVG updates and then my camera doesn't work. This time I can't get it to give me back the power to make my camera work. Does someone have the answer?
