Hi, thanks for a quick reply. After installing AVG, I realized that camera did not work. I looked up for fixes on the Internet. It is very popular question. All recommendations to anable it through Win settings did not work and I entered this question. But later I continued resurch on Lenovo site and realized that it is Lenovo specific. I had to install Lenovo Vantage app and in device settings for camera i saw that camera was disabled. I anable it and it started working.

We would like to know what happens exactly when you access the built-in camera feature.
Please disable AVG Internet Security temporarily and check with the camera. Click the below link to show steps to disable the program.
