I have AVG Anti-Theft on my Samsung S7. I have attempted to track for the last number of days but there has been no activity on it since its been lost / stolen. I have used avg, googles find my android and samsungs find my phone. I'm wondering if the phone has been factory re-set can avg still track this as I'm sure the other other options I've tried, wont?

Thanks for getting back to me. I have the latest version installed on the device, What I'm looking to find out is if the phone is factory re-set, does avg have the ability to still track it. Thanks

If the lost android device is reset to factory settings, it can not be tracked using AVG Anti-Theft service.
