Can I get my AVG MyAccount deleted?

I tried downloading the AVG Antivirus (I recently had the free version, but it was going to expire), but my bank will not allow me to purchase it because it shows up as a fraudulent charge on my statement. I created my AVG MyAccount when trying to purchase the product, but, since I cannot download it, I would like to have my AVG MyAccount deleted. Is this possible? I've looked all over the site trying to find a way to do so.
