Can I move the duplicate files found with tune up instead of trashing them?

I ran tune up and found a LOT of duplicate files and folders.  I don't want to totally delete them due to my having a lot of OLD family pics and they are priceless.  I don't want to take the chance of loosing them.  Is there a way I can copy these over to another drive without having to go to each one individually?
