Can i stop some pop ups that pop up on specific links?

Few years back i knew about AVG Antivirus and find it very useful. But from past 8 to 9 months i wanted to stop few pop ups links when i attach my printer with my site but suddenly few pop ups links appear and they dont want to do my printing. so is there any option by which i could stop those pop ups with using AVG?
