Can i update AVG protection pro from 32 bit to 64 bit?

Please uninstall 'AVG Protection' from your computer using AVG Remover Tool ( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ) and then reinstall your AVG program ( http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Protection_806.exe ). I am running windows 10 64bit.  I have AVG protection pro 32 bit installed and have just noticed a 64 bit version is available,  is it possible to just install the core engine or is a complete removal/reinstall the only way.
