Can I use one license on a PC with dual OS?

I have a PC with two hard drives, one with WinXP and one with Win8.1. Depending on what I want to do, I boot from one or the other of the two drives.

I have a license for AVG Internet Security 2014, and it is installed on the WinXP drive. Is it permitted to install AVG and use the same license on the Win8.1 drive? (Remember, it is the same PC and can only boot from one drive at a time.)
