Can I Whitelist a site that AVG is Blocking?

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please submit the website to our developers as suggested in this article  http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=What-to-do-when-AVG-detects-harmless-applications-or-websites so they can analyze if it is a false detection and add it to AVG's white list.

Complete newbie here so please excuse me if this is a dumb question.

Can I Whitelist a site that AVG (Free) is blocking. AVG is blocking it because the site contains "JS Miner:C' and I am assured that this is not a dangerous threat to me.

I have tried adding the site to Exceptions but it is still being blocked.
