Hi I reformated my computer and Iam having the same problem I just tried to use what you told me in the email, how ever Iam having a problem with the program you want me to install, when I attemp to install the program Support-LogMeInRescue I get a error saying LogMeInRescue has encounted a problem and needs to close, Now what am i suppose to do ?

Last night I notice hte avg insternet securitty version was not loading up when windows started, So I did a uninstall and tried to reinstall it, I was using the trial version but all I keep getting was the following:
Unexpected Error
Sorry we've run into a problem during installation
(Error code: 0xc007001d)
I removed everything I could find that was avg related and that did no good then I tried to install teh free version, same results, Iam running xp pro, suggestions ?

For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
