Hello Shelley,

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program.
Let us find if this is caused by AVG or not.
Disable the AVG protection temporarily and check if you are able to access the webcam.

Hi- 
When trying to participate in Zoom meetings, my web cam is blocked.  Does it have anything to do with my AVG security protection.  Thank you.
