Uninstall the AVG completely using the steps in the below link :

Restart the PC and reinstall your AVG so that you can access it.

i cant access anthing on agv  get a popup saying as i am entering sensitive area insert password or cancel
 i put the correct password for the account but it say WRONG PASSWORD 
i have checked a lot of things but i cannot recover that password but its not my account password
