Can not add avg ultimate

First, run AVG clear tool, restart your device and then proceed with AVG remover tool. After restart, use the download link to install AVG Ultimate as mentioned in step 2. We are here if you need further help.

Can not add avg ultimate. Says I have the free version and need to remove it. Avg does not show up in add/remove programs but does show up in icon tray. How do I remove the free version to install this ultimate version
