Can not connect to VPN

Sorry, my bad. My retired MacBook was powered on and the AVG VPN was still installed and enabled. When I turned it off, my problem went away. Sorry for the false alarm.

When trying to connect my MacBook to VPN, I get error message saying I'm only allowed one connection. My MacBook is the only device I using AVG VPN. I have no other devices using my VPN subscription. How do I resolve?
