Can not connect to Zen network using AVG antivirus for Mac

Hi I have a Mac and I can not connect to Zen network when I sign in the programme connects but then updates and at that point it disconnects

Stewart, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
