Can not download AVG anti-virus

I have AVG free  version, but bought the complete version for $54.00. I can not download because the free version keeps jumping in. The note says it can not be downloaded because I already have a version. My firewall is not working either.

Gloria, Try removing AVG by downloading & using the 32 or 64bit 2015 Remover (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/utilities) [Scroll Down], whichever suits your system. If you're not sure about 32 or 64 bit on your system have a look @ this link (http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218).
