Can not download Avg Ultimate 2017 after hard drive crash

Raymond, Actually you should only have or be attempting to install 1 - AntiVirus prog on your system!!. More than one will conflict with each other.

downloaded AVG Ultimate 2017, Avg was blocked by AVAST, attempted to uninstall avast and the computer crashed. Restored Windows 10 Pro  but I can not download from avg.com/retail.
