If this issue occurs even with temporarily disabled AVG, than it seems it is not connected to AVG.

I Can not download youtube video throw IDM with AVG
I try disable firewall or disable AVG protect but problem still does
problem does with some other Direct Links Host File same or Flash Player from adobe
