Can not get AVG Web TuneUp to Uninstall

Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to log in on the other computer.  Is it because I am logged in on this one?

It no longer appears and my computer is now working faster.

I have had continuous problems with AVG for some weeks.  It is constantly updating and the asking me to Restart the computer at which it starts downloading again and updating and asking to be restarted.  This is a constant drag as everything is slooooooowed down and feels like the computer is locked up for minutes at a time.  Click on anything and wait wait wait.

Finally I decided to remove AVG and start over, but I cannot remove Web TuneUp 4.3.2.18.  I am using WinXP on that computer, Firefox (I have removed it from FFx).  Unfortunately the Uninstall screen comes up and I tick the Revert your browser and then click on Uninstall.  A Please Wait popup with a yellow progress bar pops up and disappears before I can read the fine print.  That's it.

Using Process Explorer, I see that ScriptHelper.exe is still there using CPU.   ToobarUpdater.exe is in residence but not doing anything.  I am tempted to Kill anything that has a path to AVG,

How do I make a clean out of everything?

You are most welcome.
We really appreciate your efforts in finding the files related to Secure Search on your hard drive.
Does the file appear now after the restart?

Richard,
Glad to hear that your issue is resolved. Please, feel free to let us know if you require any further assistance. Thank you.

The only AVG is the folder with Web Tuneup and I deleted all of the files except there are two files that I cannot delete: Access Denied - Vprot & WruSystemSupport.  BTW thanks for your help

Hello Richard,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to access the C:\ drive and look for  AVG  folder, if you find it please delete it  manually.  Restart your PC once and check whether you have the VPROT.exe mentioned in the explorer list.

Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to log in on the other computer.  Is it because I am logged in on this one?

I hope this is the right place to continue to inform you of what is happening.

I have been asked by Removal to restart multiple times and each time it restarts, I check ProcExplorer and the following AVG files have loaded again: VPROT.exe; ToobarUpdater.exe; WTUSystemSupport.exe; and Avg_Update_0516tb\Avg-Secure-Search-Update_0516tb.exe

However now the computer slows down for a while and then a Warning pops up  (see screenshot)  User-added image
