i can not get onto my homepage for my internet provider centuryLink.net Threat Exploit Pharmacy Spam site type 2400 object name this is the only way i can get my email ave say threats were moved

Every time i try to get onto my homepage for my internet provider (CenteryLink.net) i keep getting a Avg detetion box popping up. The box says: Threat - Exploit Pharmacy Spam Site (type 2400) Object name - centerylink.net. I have been going to this website for years and have never had a pop-up like this. What do i need to do to get this to stop so i will be able to go onto this website to check my email. Right now after i close the pop-up the page is blank and i can not do anything on it.
