Can not install AVG on new laptop windows 8.1

I have the only account on my laptop, which is an administrator account.It is working on win 8;1 and was delivered with Mcaffee and Malawarebyte (which I deleted both).

I get errorcode 0xC0070643  (not the sufficients rights?).  I wonder what I'm doing wrong.
