Can not install pc tune up on a new divece

Dear all,

I tried to install pc tune up on a new laptop. the old one crashed.
I followed the steps provided by AVG; login in to activate etc
I get a message that i can try it for free for one day
I'm not sure what to do. In the recent past i had a conflict between the free version of pc tune up and the paid version. Can anyone help me out.
