I can not log in to my Avg account but I can log in here. (?) I was charged $108.26 (US for a two year renewal on October 21, 2018. My Avg on my computer reads EXPIRES DECEMBER 18, 2018. Phone call to Avg somewhere in the world tell me they have no record of the transaction and no record of my email address. I thing I'm go to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. I have been using Avg for over ten years. Six years of free and four years of paid with excellent protection. What is going on at Avg that make it so hard to contact customer service on line? Any one having this problem?
