I have a account that i set up a couple of years ago, I received an email a couple of days saying about the next payment coming out of my bank> I no longer want to continue with the service but when i attempt to log in with the email address that I originally set up the account with it wont let me, nor will it send me a password reset. I then thought I would set up a new account with the email address and it worked.
What can I do to see my subscriptions so I can cancel any further payments?
