Can NOT log on or get password reset with XP PC

We are sorry to hear this and sent the reset password email for your AVG my account ***@hotmail.com.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
It is also recommended to check AVG emails from browsers and not from an email client like Outlook.
Keep us informed about the status.

I bought AVG Ultimate Download.  I set up a logon with an Ubuntu system,  After Download, it didn't seem to work right.  I tried to load it onto an XP machine and could not log on to get the download.
Password reset did not work. Any ideas?
