Can not log on to a web site

Hello I still can't log on despite this comment from the website saying would be all sorted out within 24 hours.

We've had a few questions regarding volunteers experiencing difficulty logging into ARC yesterday and today. The tech team has found that there is a technical connection with a software, Avast Virus Scan. Any user with this may have been experiencing issues logging into ARC. However, most of those challenges have been resolved and any other issues will be resolved by end of day tomorrow. This issue was only impacting a few people but we want to provide an update to those impacted. Thanks for your patience!

Is there any further news. Thank you Rome

The web site is working this morning. I am no longer locked out. Thank you and your technical team.
God bless you,  Rome

Hello Alok,
i can not share a screenshot because I have removed AVG completely from my computer. This has meant I can now get onto the website. It seems the problem is with AVG because several other people who have AVG have the same problem getting onto this site but others who do not have AVG can get on to it with no problem. I will reinstate AVG once I know it will not stop me getting on to this website. Thank you, Rome

I cannot get onto response centre https://responsecenters.org/sso/index.phpthis morning .AVG state  they found a virus on it and solved the problem. However it still says this site cannot be reached the connection was reset. Can you suggest what I can do to sort this out.

I have also tried logging on with a different browser but still it refuses to let me onto the site stating there is a virus on it which they have cleared.

Thank you Rome

Hello, I reinstalled AVG. I then went to the website that I could not get onto and now I can get on to it so the problem seems to be solved. A message came up from Windows saying something like - a programme  was on my computer that could see all my files did I want it removed. I clicked yes .Could this be what has solved my problem?
I have just scanned the computer with AVG and it reports no problems.
Thank you for being there when I needed your help. Rome
Thank you so much we appreciate your efforts. Yeah that might have resolved the issue but we aren't sure. Please feel free to contact us anytime in future if you have any queries.
Rome,
Yes, you have to add the website to the AVG exclusion list. Since it's still not working, I have sent you an email. Please follow the email instruction to help us with the log files. This will help us to analyze the situation and provide you with a resolution.
Regards,
Alok.

I got as far as  > Menu > settings > general > but there was no exception only exclusion. Tried putting -
https://responsecenters.org/sso/index.php
in but it still will not open. The web site has found they have been falsly listed as having a virus and are in contact with you

Hello Rome,
