Hi Timothy, may I know the name of the AVG product that you are trying to activate?  Also, please have a look on this article http://bit.ly/1bsLsmy to know how to activate AVG in your computer. Please note that license numbers or case sensitive. Please enter all the characters as it is mentioned in your invoice email. All the characters are to be entered in Uppercase along with the hyphen symbol (-). Thanks.
