Was cleaning out some old flash drives and forgot one had a copy of EICAR on it show I could show someone what would happen if they got a virus detected message. I now can not remove that from quarantine every time I check it and select delete all that happens is that it clear the check box the file stays listed.
How can I remove this as wiping out the quarantine would be nice to know that worked.
There is no need as apparently it was a ghost in the quarantine window, after a reboot the screen was empty but I will be switching to somethign else anyway as after AVG Free did its 3rd full scan on my computer both scheduled and manually started, AVG still shows that I have never scanned my computer, while the last scan result window was still on screen, also it reported many programs that were out of date but I actually have versions higher then what avg says is the current version.
