Can not retrieve my current license #, subscription shows i'm valid until 2016, but requesting an em

on 01/02/15, I had a customer tech work with me on issues with AVG Zen, he remotely connected to the pc and uninstalled AVG and reinstalled. Said it was working well. on 01/27/15 had to take the pc to computer repair for various issues (like not connecting to internet, etc.) and they said that the current AVG was not working. they downloaded a trial version of AVG Antivirus 2014. That is what is currently running on the pc, but its due to expire in 21 days. I'm trying to reload or use the current activation code, but that's not working. when I log in and have my activation code emailed to me, it sends the code from last year (2014) and will not work. but when I log in and check my subscription, it says I have AVG Protection Pro and expires on 1/12/16. needless to say I need assistance. either I need my current activation code, or need to get AVG Protection Pro reloaded & WORKING. The support chat does not work & sales chat is not helpful
